Publisher Description
Electronic food diary to determine food allergies and intolerances
Fintolog – Your Food Intolerance Log is a private food and symptom diary that helps you identify possible connections between what you eat and how you feel.
🔒 Privacy and data security
No account or registration is required. Your diary data is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to an online service. It leaves your device only when you explicitly choose to export, back up, or share it — helping protect your security and privacy.
Record meals, individual ingredients, symptoms, medication, stress levels, and comments. Fintolog’s analysis shows which meals were recorded during the hours before symptoms occurred, making it easier to recognize recurring patterns and potentially problematic foods or ingredients.
Because Fintolog works directly on your phone or tablet, your diary is always close at hand—without paper forms or an online account. You can export your records as an Excel-compatible file and share them with a doctor, dietitian, or nutrition professional, if you choose.
Fintolog may support discussions about possible food intolerances, including lactose intolerance, coeliac disease, histamine intolerance, fructose malabsorption, and other food-related conditions. The app identifies timing and patterns; it does not diagnose allergies or intolerances. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice and diagnosis.
